Volunteer for the 7th Annual
Coral Springs Festival of the
Arts!
Saturday & Sunday, March 19th & 20th 2011
The Coral Springs Festival of the Arts planning committee is looking for volunteers
to assist with the 7th Annual Coral Springs Festival of the Arts on March 19th
and 20th at The Walk on University Drive. We are looking for volunteers
to assist with the following:
- Manning the merchandise sales booths
- Assisting with
the children’s area (puppet show, bubble wrap dance, etc.)
- Manning the volunteer
booth
- Assisting with
Artist Hospitality
- Greeting visitors,
checking parking passes & distributing flyers **
- And various other
items
** we are especially in need of volunteers for this important
task **
Shifts
Please indicate what times/days you are available
(shifts go from 7:30 am – 5:30
pm on Saturday and Sunday)
Shifts for greeting visitors, checking parking passes & distributing flyers
are typically 3 hours long and are as follows:
(7:30am–10:30am;
10:00am – 1:00pm; 12:30pm – 3:30pm; 3:00pm-5:30pm)
Students can earn up to 20 volunteer hours by participating. All proceeds
from the festival go to the arts in Coral Springs.
In addition, we are looking for at least 3 male teen volunteers to assist
with setup and breakdown
during the following times:
Friday 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
Saturday morning 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Sunday morning 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Sunday afternoon 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.;
